ARCADE TERMS
Mogger Arcade is an entertainment product using off-chain points. Read these terms before connecting a wallet or playing.
1. MOGGER POINTS ARE NOT MONEY
Mogger Points ("MP") are off-chain, in-product points. They are not cryptocurrency, legal tender, stored value, securities, or a claim on Master Moggers or any third party. MP cannot be purchased, transferred between users, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for $MM or any other asset.
2. WALLET VERIFICATION
Connecting a Solana wallet does not give the site custody of your wallet or permission to move assets. Authentication requires a one-time message signature. Never approve a transaction when the site asks you only to sign in. Holder tiers use server-side reads of the configured $MM mint balance.
3. HOLDER REWARDS
Eligible verified wallets may claim MP on a cooldown. Thresholds, tier names, and MP awards are product settings and may change. Moving tokens before a claim can change eligibility because the wallet balance is checked again at claim time.
4. ARCADE PLAY
Games use MP only. Outcomes and payouts are computed on the server. Mines commits to a hidden server seed before play and reveals that seed when a game finishes so the board can be independently checked. Network failures can delay a response; the database record, not the browser animation, is the authoritative result.
5. FAIR USE AND ENFORCEMENT
Automation, request replay, account farming, vulnerability abuse, attempts to manipulate balances, or interference with other users is prohibited. Accounts may be rate-limited, suspended, corrected, or banned. Administrative MP adjustments are recorded in an audit log.
6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The arcade may be paused for maintenance, security, or compliance. Features, reward schedules, and limits may change or be retired. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of MP when operation is no longer practical or lawful.
7. RISK AND ELIGIBILITY
You are responsible for wallet security and compliance with laws that apply where you live. Do not use the arcade if you are not legally permitted to do so. $MM remains a volatile meme coin with no promise of value or return; arcade access does not change that.
